CICCR is organized within the institutional framework of Human Rights for Development (HR4DEV). The course draws on many years of experience offering international training programmes on children’s rights in Flanders. Drawing on these previous editions, but at the same time offering a refreshing thematic focus, the 2016 CICCR will deal with children’s rights governance between the local and the global.
